The Jasper Lions Club has served the Pickens County community since 1939.  The Jasper Club has a rich history of service, not only in our community, but around the district and state as well.

Some of our signature projects include:

  1. Annual Independence Day Celebration -- we sponsor the entire day’s activities from the music festival, to the parade, to the fireworks, and everything in between

  2. Fill-a-Stocking -- in 2014, we provided Christmas presents for 1000 children in Pickens County

  3. Annual Health Fair -- in 2015, almost 600 residents took advantage of free and low-cost health services, including vision screenings by our club

......and much more!

We also hold several fundraisers during the year, and approximately 80% of those funds stays here in Pickens County to support local organizations and projects.  The rest helps fund our statewide Lions charities, such as the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, the Georgia Lions Camp for the Blind, and LCIF.
